Cookies
This site sets no cookies
Browsing cafenomadfuengirola.com leaves no cookie in your browser. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no social button loading a tracker.
That is why you will see no consent banner here: there would be nothing to consent to. A banner that serves no purpose is a nuisance, not a safeguard.
One single thing stays in your browser
When the invitation to join the Nomad Club appears at the bottom of the screen, and you either close it or sign up, the site keeps in your browser a single value, `nomad-nl`, so as not to show it again for the rest of your visit. It is not a cookie: nothing is sent with your requests. It never leaves your device, never reaches us, and cannot identify you in any way. It disappears as soon as you close the tab.
The one exception: the management area
The address `/api/admin` gives access to table requests and is meant for the café's team only. On login it sets a technical session cookie (`PHPSESSID`) that keeps the session open. It disappears when the browser is closed.
It is a strictly necessary cookie within the meaning of article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE: it requires no consent, and it is set on no public page of the site.
What is loaded from other servers
Nothing. Since 5 October 2026, the site's two typefaces are served by our own server. They used to come from Google Fonts, which passed your IP address to Google on every visit: that is no longer the case. No file on this site comes from another server.
The links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Restaurant Guru load nothing until you click them. If you do click, the cookie policy of the destination site applies.
How to control cookies
Even though this site sets none, you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies from any site. Your browser's help explains how.
Language
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
