Loyalty programme terms

Who can take part

The programme is open to anyone aged 14 or over.

Taking part is free and requires no purchase beyond the consumptions of the programme itself.

How stamps are earned

• One stamp per visit, from €5 spent.
• One stamp per visit only, whatever the amount.
• Takeaway and catering orders earn no stamp: the programme covers what is consumed on the premises.

What they give you

• On the tenth stamp: 15% off, as on the current paper card. The discount applies to the bill of the visit that gives that tenth stamp.
• On your birthday: a slice of homemade cake, on presentation of the card.

Validity

A card already started remains valid for as long as the programme exists. The discount obtained applies to the bill of the visit that triggers it; it does not carry over to a later visit.

What is not included

• Rewards are neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable to another person.
• A lost paper card is not replaced. Stamps recorded in the online Nomad Club are kept.
• The loyalty discount does not combine with another discount or with a promotion in progress.

Your data

When you join the programme you give your first name, your email address, your mobile number and the day and month of your birthday — not the year. This data is used only to keep your card and to send you your birthday treat.

The processing is set out in our privacy policy, and your rights are exercised in the same way.

Changes and end of the programme

Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL may change these terms or end the programme. Amended terms are published on this page. If the programme is ended, stamps already earned remain usable for thirty days from the announcement.

Language

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
