Purpose

This site presents Café Nomad, its menu and its catering offer, and lets you request a table. It is not an online shop: no sale and no payment takes place here.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a server administered by Projexo Soluciones, on infrastructure provided by Contabo GmbH (Germany, European Union). Projexo Soluciones acts as a data processor on behalf of Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL.

Terms of use

Access to the site is free and open. Users undertake to use it lawfully and to do nothing that could disrupt its operation.

Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL does its best to publish accurate, up-to-date information, in particular prices and the composition of dishes. Even so, prices and availability may change: the ones that apply are those displayed in the café.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logo and graphic elements of this site are protected. Reproducing them, in whole or in part, requires the prior agreement of Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL.

The photographs of the premises and of the dishes are the property of Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL or are used with their authors' permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Restaurant Guru. Cafe Nomad Sunshine SL has no control over the content of those sites and is not answerable for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The competent courts are those designated by law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
